    In Awakening the sleeping giant Katzenmeyer & Moller (2009) “teacher leaders lead within and beyond the classroom; identify with and contribute to a community of teacher learners and leaders; influence others toward improved educational practice; and accept responsibility for achieving the outcomes of their leadership” (p.6). 

     Before I took Dr. Robinson’s class, teacher leadership to me is for schools leaders like subject group head leaders or principles. During the whole semester study, I understood that teacher leadership is not a authority, instead, it is an action, an opinion, and an attitude that teachers contribute to students, schools, and communes. Every educator is a teacher leader, we have the right and ability to make changes beyond and within class, which will eventually benefit students study outcome, teacher professional competency and school reputation.

    The class teacher leadership assisted me realized that teachers could earn more support from advocating and proposing in the school board. In China, only private schools have school boards. Take advance of the school board in our school. Basing on the successful case that Principle Jiang’s proposal on providing a full scholarship for students who came from property area or had outstanding study performance to attract more students. I would like to prosper for more funding to have 1:1 tablet for students. At the same time, since Chinese government started to value vocational education, I would look for grants from The Chinese Society of Vocational and Technical Education and local Education Department.
